We hope to see you all this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. inside the building or online.

We ask that you bring your bibles, mask, and a heart to worship God together.

Blessings to you all, Pastor Dani

Good Morning Church Family,

April 6, 2020 – Exciting News, Join us on April 12, for our first Drive-In Service!

Greetings Everyone!

For this Sunday, April 12, we received permission from the city to do a Drive-In Easter Service.

Some of you may remember the old drive-in theaters, well that gave us the idea for Drive-In Church. For those who want to join us: we will have a short service in our parking lot. Everyone will park in their designated spots and we‚ will broadcast the service loud and clear over a speaker system. Folks will need to stay in their cars, and our building will be closed, but we can still meet together!

If you have friends that you want to invite, this may be a good time to invite them to check us out online in the comfort of their own home or in the comfort of their own car, because we will still be streaming Facebook Live.

So Come to our Drive-In church service at Valley Church, on April 12, at 10:30 AM at our church location 9741 Mendenhall Loop Road.

Lets all Drive-In to our parking lot and worship Jesus together! Blessings!

April 5, 2020 – Sunday Service: Is Jesus In Your Boat?

His shelter is our peace and our confidence.

Psalm 91:2 The Passion Translation (TPT) 2 He’s the hope that holds me and the Stronghold to shelter me, the only God for me, and my great confidence.

Our Leadership team has prayed and made the decision to hold services online during the COVID-19 virus.

We encourage folks to remain informed through agencies such as the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/AKDHSS/bulletins/280cf94

We will begin this Sunday, March 22nd, to record our Sunday worship service which will be available live stream at 10:30 AM on the Valley Church Facebook Page:

https://www.facebook.com./valleychurchak.com

If you receive this message and know we are missing someone that is not in this group or does not currently have Facebook, please send an e-mail to valleychurch@alaska.net and let us know so we can contact folks about the changes to our services.

March 18, 2020 – If you are on Facebook, Pastor Dani has a word of encouragement at: https://www.facebook.com/valleychurchak/videos/292169658435728/

March 14, 2020 – God is our safe retreat to hide and we find peace in his presence. The church is called to bring hope and encouragement to those who are hurting. This is the perfect time to keep our eyes open to those in need and pray for them. In a time of unrest we want to find rest in God’s Faithfulness. We find in Psalms 100:5, it says that He is a faithful shepherd to care for each of us.

“For the LORD is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.”

With the Coronavirus we are taking necessary precautions to clean our facility and cancel our monthly potlucks until further notice. So, we’re still going to meet at church at 10:30 am to worship. However, if you’re showing any signs of sickness we ask you to stay at home and rest, to protect others, otherwise come join the Valley Church family and be encouraged!

Please continue to pray for our church, our city, our nation and our world.

Keeping you covered in prayer,

Love Pastor Dani and Jennifer
